It is the best pan ever. Heavy gauge steel does not burn fish or other delicate meats.

Great Pan, used when i was a guide to make group shore lunches at a fishing lodge. bought one for myself and the only problem i had was the handle holes did not line up and head to be drilled slightly bigger
