4 Stars Review of 4 gallon pot

David Burns Jr. from AL wrote (July 22, 2012):

When I bought my pot awhile back it came with a cast iron lid. When it arrived it had one of its legs broken off(shippers fault).I wanted to use it soon so I did not return it,I just filled it with water and checked for a leak around the broken leg,no leak so I used it.It sat very stable on my propane cooker so no worries about missing leg.It came with two pot hooks to lift it for moving it around and these are handy.I have cooked Gumbo,Chicken stew, and Chili with it with good results and fed from 8 to 10 folks with it at a time with plenty to go around.I like the way the pot holds heat and after it is seasoned well is easy to clean up.I would buy another if this one ever needed replacing but with proper care it should last a lifetime.
