Household/Aquarium Clear Sealant. This 100% Silicone Household/Aquarium Clear Sealant from DAP Inc. is a one-component, acetoxy cure, 100% silicone rubber sealant that is ideal for quick household repairs and projects. It can also be used for the construction, customization and maintenance of small aquariums. It provides a waterproof seal. It stays flexible and won?t crack or shrink. It is non-toxic to fresh and saltwater fish when cured. It is safe for food contact and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Meets ASTM Specification C 920, Class 25, Type S, Grade NS. It applies smoothly and easily and adheres to wood, glass, most plastics and rubbers, most metals, fiberglass, porcelain, ceramics, canvas, fabric, and leather. It is ideal for repairing dishwasher seals, porcelain, china, crystal, ceramics, and jewelry. It can mend campers, tents, make crafts and build an aquarium with a strong, waterproof bond. It will also hold plastic plants or ceramic pieces to the bottom and sides of aquarium. You can keep up maintenance of an aquarium by sealing leaks, mending cracks, patching tubing and hoses.
