DAKOTA STYLE CHICKEN COOKER STAND
- Grab a can of your favorite liquid, beer, apple juice, tomato juice, wine...Drink about 1/3 of it. Rub the bird down with some butter and a few spices of your choice. Set the 2/3 full can on the Dakota Style cooker. Place the bird vertically on its perch on top of the can. Place the cooker on the grill, over low heat for about 2 hours.
