Shock Cords & Rubber Straps

Tie Down Straps, Rubber Straps & Stretch Cords

Heavy duty bungee cords come in lengths that range from 10 inches to 48 inches and can be bought singly or in sets of four or eight from Agri Supply. Shock cords and other tie down straps stretch to fit, supplying tautness after you let go. Rubber straps look a little different from bungee cords, with black rubber rather than colorful nylon on the outside, but they work essentially the same. Stretch cords are made to provide tight hold with a minimum of effort.

Bungee cords are handy to have around while camping or in the trunk of your car. Shock cords tie up quicker, easier and tighter than ordinary rope.

Bungee cords come in different colors, too, so you can color code your uses.

Bungee cords from Agri Supply have lots of uses, from tie down straps for a tarp to wrapping up bed rolls to holding down an overfilled trunk. Shock cords give you strong but yielding tie-down to pull secured loads tight. Rubber straps, which come in sizes ranging from 10 inches to 41 inches, can stretch to nearly twice their standing length. We have stretch cords in our hardware store section in lengths from 18 inches to 35 inches available in bulk for when you have a lot of little jobs or one big job.

Bungee cords come with plastic hooks or balls for attaching, and can be bought as heavy duty singles or in sets up to 18. The term shock cords is used to refer to bungee cords as well as a rubberized strap with S hooks, and we have both. Our rubber straps do come with hooks at the end so you can pick your own, with S hooks being the most common and easily matched to the rubber straps.
