Always wanted one, so I saw this and grabbed it. Made a 6qt batch of banana the next day. Found it to be a simple process, and the ice cream was excellent. The electric motor went for about 43 minutes, then slowed to a crawl and finally stopped. Had to get some gloves to scoop it out while holding the cylinder. The better the ingredients, the better the results. Time will tell if it lasts but it makes a lot of ice cream at once. Be prepared to put some up.
