Beer/Simple Venison Burgers
Beer Venison Burgers:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground venison
- 1/4 can beer
- Seasoning Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together and form your burger patties by hand.
- Grill up your burgers to desired doneness, and enjoy!
Simple Venison Burgers:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground venison patties
- Aluminum foil
- Onion
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
Instructions:
- Grind up your venison, or have it ground by a butcher. Make up your patties.
- Wrap each venison burger patty in aluminum foil together with a slice of onion, 1 tbsp. of butter, and salt and pepper.
- Place patties right in red coals of an outdoor fire.
- Let them sizzle for 10 minutes without turning.
