Beer/Simple Venison Burgers

Beer Venison Burgers:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound ground venison
  • 1/4 can beer
  • Seasoning Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together and form your burger patties by hand.
  • Grill up your burgers to desired doneness, and enjoy!

Simple Venison Burgers:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground venison patties
  • Aluminum foil
  • Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

Instructions:

  • Grind up your venison, or have it ground by a butcher. Make up your patties.
  • Wrap each venison burger patty in aluminum foil together with a slice of onion, 1 tbsp. of butter, and salt and pepper.
  • Place patties right in red coals of an outdoor fire.
  • Let them sizzle for 10 minutes without turning.
