Cup-a Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup (or more) fruit (your choice, we used peaches)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In your cast iron skillet (we used the 13" skillet to make our cobbler), add the stick of butter and melt it.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth and pour into your cast iron skillet with butter. Do not stir.
- Drop your fruit evenly across the batter.
- Pop into the oven and bake until done (35-40 minutes)
- Make sure you put a cookie sheet underneath the skillet to catch overflow!
