Deep Fryer Turkey Bites
Get ready to "gobble" this one down! We love this quick & easy appetizer dish using Moss® Seafood Breader and our double-vat fryer. Ingredients:
- Turkey Breast, cut into 1.5" - 2" cubes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Carolina Cooker® Hot Sauce
- Moss® Seafood Breader
- Vegetable Oil, enough to fry
Directions:
- Season the cubed turkey with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
- Next batter the seasoned turkey in the Moss® Seafood Breader.
- Heat the oil to 350-375 in a deep fryer.
- In batches, carefully fry the turkey bites for 4-5 minutes. After the turkey is completely cooked,
let excessive oil drain before serving. - Enjoy with a side of Carolina Cookers® Southern Sunshine Grillin Sauce.
