Get ready to "gobble" this one down! We love this quick & easy appetizer dish using Moss® Seafood Breader and our double-vat fryer. This recipe locks in all the flavors of your wild turkey without drying it out. Paired with the tangy mustard flavor of our Carolina Cooker® Southern Sunshine Grillin' Sauce -
you can't go wrong!

Ingredients:

  • Turkey Breast, cut into 1.5" - 2" cubes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Carolina Cooker® Hot Sauce
  • Moss® Seafood Breader
  • Vegetable Oil, enough to fry

Directions:

  1. Season the cubed turkey with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  2. Next batter the seasoned turkey in the Moss® Seafood Breader.
  3. Heat the oil to 350-375 in a deep fryer.
  4. In batches, carefully fry the turkey bites for 4-5 minutes. After the turkey is completely cooked,
    let excessive oil drain before serving.
  5. Enjoy with a side of Carolina Cookers® Southern Sunshine Grillin Sauce.
