French Style Frying Pan, 9-1/4"

Perfect for searing and sauteing, this carbon steel frying pan has a 2 in. high rim, ideal for containing ingredients. To properly care for carbon steel pans, wipe clean with a damp cloth and then place in the oven from 350° to 450° for four hours before greasing. Allow the pan to cool thoroughly, and then grease the pan and it will be ready for use. This 9-1/4 in. pan heats up quickly and cooks ingredients evenly.

The first pan ordered had a problem which customer service fixed very fast and to my satisfaction. The pan is very light weight and is a good match for what i purchased it for, (stove top and camping),and i plan to purchase another one. It doesn't (as stated in the description),arrive pre seasoned. Not a problem though as it will season nicely to a dark brown to black finish.
