Easily prepare your poultry, meat, or fish with this Old Hickory® boning knife. With a 6-1/4 inch carbon steel blade, the overall length of this knife is 10-3/4 inches. Made of a full tang, the 4-1/2 inch. handle is secured to the blade with brass rivets. Designed to retain sharpness more than other carbon steel blades, the thickness of this boning blade is 1 inch. For best results, hand wash and dry completely
