Featuring a Tru-Edge blade from Ontario Knife Company, this 10 in. butcher knife is designed to prepare meats easily with its sharp edge. The wood handle measures 5 in. long and provides a steady grip and is attached to the full tang blade with brass rivets. This steel butcher knife has a blade thickness of 0.1 inch. For best results, hand wash and dry completely.

CARBON STEEL BUTCHER KNIFE. REQUIRES MORE CARE THAN STAINLESS BUT EASIER TO SHARPEN,MAINTAINS ITS EDGE LONGER. THIS IS AN EXCELENT KNIFE, FAR SUPERIOR TO KNIVES COSTING MANY TIMES IT'S SALE PRICE. I OWN MANY OF THEM. THEIR ALL I USE.
