This T post driver is great, I am fencing in 10 acres and have used this to drive every t post. I would recommend using a stepping stool to drive 6 ft t post comfortably. Using the t post driver I am able to set around 30 t post in 45 mins, it also does a great job in hard ground.
Great driver, easy to use, really did the trick driving t-posts. Only problem was looking at the picture on page 11 when seating the pile driver is WRONG. The tool should be reversed with the large end used to seat the pile driver NOT the small end as the picture shows. Worth every penny, would purchase again!! If you have tall posts, use a stool to help yourself out.
I had 2 1/2” 1/4 wall pipe I used for a retaining wall install about 50 of them checked the gear box after installing every 10 and this thing just keep putting them in and Sense installed over 150 T post it’s a work horse
Need a step stool - or it’s a work out ... I’m 6’2 but I’m an old man(55) - it was doable- but a work out — I would recommend this product- but don’t think it’s gonna be easy...
I have been fencing about 20 acres over the past 3years this Tool had driven almost 1000 post with no problems, its a little heavier than a chain saw you will get a great arm and shoulder workout, but it will drive post all day.
i had post to put up t post around 8 acres. it has done a great job its a little heavy for me im a older woman and have someone help me but the young men have no problem.
I purchased last summer and have used off and on ever since. The price was right and it was worth it. Does it hit as hard as the $1300 model? Probably not, but I was just about crippled with carpel tunnel and had a bunch of fence to build. It will drive posts in most places on my property. I have occasionally helped it out with the manual driver in very rocky ground, but in most cases it does the job. I drove 2" pipe for H brace corners as well as hundreds of T posts. It takes lots of pulls to start; especially when cold, but idles well. I am satisfied with this product.
