I first came across this pan on Ruth Ann Zimmerman's YouTube page. It hung out in my cart for a couple months before I pulled the trigger, and I am so glad I did!! The large surface area is super helpful for getting large batches of things done quickly. I did fried potatoes the other night and they were the best I've ever made. I find myself reaching for it more and more and love it more each time! I did grind the textures bottom off and reseasoned to have a smooth bottom. Serious love this pan so much.

I watch her on YouTube. She this is one of her favorites to use. I use cast iron and love the browning on the food it creates. I hope to get one if these for Christmas 😊

I was raised on Cast-iron skillets and recently had the chance to use your large double-burner cooker, like on the Zommerman’s while cooking at a DAV dinner. What a great baking pan! I’m in love, and can’t wait to get one of my own!

I didn’t know about your company or the huge baking pan until I saw Ruth Ann’s video on you tube hopefully I can afford to order the baking pan before next Christmas that would be amazing to make home made lazagna in but with my mom on hospice and not having a paying job it’s hard to justify buying a cast iron pan even though I think it’s an amazing price please don’t raise the price until I can afford it lol!
