The moulds can be put into the oven or microwave straight from the freezer.

Cautions of Use
Before use, wash with mild detergent and allow to dry.
For baking use only.
When used in oven or microwave, place onto a suitable appliance/surface.
Before baking, grease inside of mould with a thin layer of salt-free butter or oil.
When heated, the silicone mould may give off a slight smell. This is harmless and will not affect its function. To remove the smell, boil the mould for 30 minutes.
The mould may become discolored after use, but this is normal and harmless.
Use on stable surface.
Children should use this product under adult supervision.
After baking, allow mould to cool before handling or removing from oven.
Allow cake to cool for 4-5 minutes in open area before removing from the mould.
