Social Media Giveaway Official Rules Facebook and Instagram

All giveaways posted on the Agri Supply Facebook timeline and Instagram account are subject to the following terms unless otherwise noted.

Giveaways begin and end as specified in the individual giveaway post. All times listed are Eastern Standard Time. Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram comment directly and/or a private direct message. Winners will have 72 hours to respond to their winner notification. If the winner is not heard from during that time, a new winner may be selected. No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Prizes and participants are available for USA addresses only, no PO Boxes. California residents are ineligible to enter as Agri Supply does not ship products into California due to restrictions from CA Prop 65. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Limit one entry per person. Employees of Agri Supply, Direct Distributors and their family members are not eligible to enter.

Agri Supply and its affiliates will not verify receipt of entries. Incomplete entries are void. Agri Supply is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, delayed or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures. Agri Supply is not responsible for any giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Agri Supply, nor is it responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any materials or re-shares associated with the giveaway.

Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Agri Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Agri Supply and its giveaway partners. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient(s). Unless otherwise noted, the odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. Unless otherwise noted, all giveaway prizes are awarded via random drawing. Prizes will be shipped to the U.S. mailing address provided by the winner. Winners automatically grant the use of their name and likeness in the promotion of this and any other Agri Supply contests by entering. Residential information provided to Agri Supply by the giveaway winners is used ONLY for shipping the prize and will not be released publicly. Promotions and sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, release Facebook and Instagram of all responsibility and agree to all Facebook and Instagram terms of use.
