Human Resources Manager – Distribution & Retail - Garner, NC: National company with sites in the Southeast and 400 employees seeks a Human Resources Manager. Ideal candidate will have a professional skill set that includes strong communication skills, attention to detail, proven decision-making ability and results oriented management. Must be a motivated and resourceful professional. Primary responsibility is to design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Position will maintain HRMS (Kronos Workforce Central Suite, HR and Payroll modules). Will manage HR team of 3.

Company is a family owned business with a long and profitable history. Annual sales exceed $100 million. We support 7 retail stores in 4 states, an internet marketing division and a wholesale division.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years’ experience. Prefer HRCI certification at the SPHR level. Prefer someone with Kronos product experience. Must be willing to travel to remote sites approximately 25% annually.

Quality Assurance Engineer: Perform inspections and set quality assurance testing models for analysis or raw material, materials in process, and finished products. Position will report to Purchasing Manager.

Manager Trainee: This is a unique opportunity for someone with agricultural experience and business education to serve farmers and landowners through one of our retail stores. Must be energetic, flexible, highly motivated, have a positive attitude and willing to relocate within the Southeast (GA to VA).

Requirements: 4 year degree or 2-4 years’ related job experience. Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prefer agricultural background.
