Galvanized EMT Conduit is manufactured from high-grade mild strip steel that is hot galvanized with a process combining zinc, a conversion coating, and an organic polymer topcoat for triple-layer corrosion and abrasion resistance. Designed for dependable protection of electrical wiring, it provides easy bending, cutting, and joining while resisting flattening, kinking, and splitting. Equipped with a low-friction interior coating, this electrical metallic tubing improves wire-pulling slip properties and speeds up installation. It also reduces electromagnetic fields to effectively shield computers and sensitive electronic equipment from power distribution interference. UL listed and meets ANSI C80.3 standards.
