Apollo PEX tubing is manufactured from cross-linked, high-density polyethylene using the silane moisture-cure method. This advanced secondary post-extrusion process creates robust cross-linked bonds between polyethylene chains, delivering a durable, flexible, and corrosion-resistant piping solution for residential and commercial plumbing systems. Engineered for use in hot and cold potable water distribution as well as hydronic radiant heating systems, this flexible tubing can also be used in continuously recirculating plumbing systems up to 140°F while maintaining chlorine resistance. It is suitable for installation in concrete, gypsum-based lightweight concrete, sand, asphalt, under wood flooring, or behind wallboard and plaster.
