Apollo ExpansionPEX stub-outs are manufactured using lead-free dezincification-resistant brass and high-grade copper. Exclusively designed for use with PEX-A pipe, these fittings offer a larger inside diameter than traditional crimp fittings for full flow, resulting in fast delivery of potable water. Equipped with an integrated mounting strap and multiple mounting holes, this stub-out allows for secure installation on the side, bottom, or top of framing studs. It readily accepts solder, push-to-connect, and compression style shut-off valves for versatile plumbing connections.
