Ingredients needed for a full batch:

• 1 pound ground beef or turkey
• 2 packets seasoning mix (included)
• 2 cups ricotta or cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• Two 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
• Bag of pasta (included)
• 2-1/2 cups water
• 1-2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

A full batch will feed 4 to 6 people; instructions are included on the package for a smaller batch for 1 to 3 people
