This black adjustable 2" breast collar is constructed with heavy-duty webbing and 1/2" felt padding with nickel hardware. The orthopedic felt is built from millions of individual fibers of uniform strength and interlaced together with thousands of needle strokes to create excellent shock absorption. Suitable for horses 900-1,200 lbs.
