‘Complete Kit’ only has 1 bolt

I didn’t read the description close enough, but I assumed because it says ‘complete kit’ I would be sent 2 bolts because that is how many blades I was buying, along with a new stumpjumper, but ‘complete kit’, apparently just means it comes with a nut and lock washer. The bolt has a hole through it, as though it should be fitted with a cotter pin, but a cotter pin did not come in the kit. (Probably only useful if used with a castle nut, which is not what is in the kit).
