We know there's LOTS of ways to cook a steak, but if you want the juiciest cut of meat with complete control over the internal temp, then the reverse sear steak method is our go-to suggestion! Compliment a great steak with herbs, butter and garlic in this recipe by Carolina Cooker®. Even if this is your first time cooking steak, all you'll need is one of our cast iron skillets with a little bit of patience! Reverse searing gives you more control over the steak's doneness so it cooks evenly by allowing time to soften & break down the fat, leaving the steak tenderer.
