Carolina Cooker® Aluminum Lid

Turn your Carolina Cooker® fryers into large steamers with this aluminum cooking lid. Steam anything from fish filets to chicken to vegatables, you can use the same baskets you use when frying. The Cooking lid fits onto the Carolina Cookers® Aluminum Vat to cover the food in the baskets. You may use either your Carolina Cooker® Deep Fryer Cooker or you Carolina Cooker® Fryer, 3 Burner, 2 Vats, 3 Baskets as the steamer. This aluminum lid has a handy gripped handle for efficient use when cooking.
