The batter pours into these triangle shaped molds, and this wedge pan can go into the oven. When finish baking, carefully remove your cornbread or brownies from each mold for perfectly sized servings. Cast iron provides even heat distribution when cooking, and creates delicious crisp edges around each piece. This skillet has a long handle and short helper handle, for easy transporting.
