Utilizing the adjustable smokestacks on top in conjunction with the adjustable airflow intakes on both lower sides of the cooker makes this cooker easy to adjust the cooking temperatures. Opening both places of adjustments will increase the temperature while closing them to reduce the airflow will slow down the burning process of the charcoal creating a lower temperature. Practice will make perfect in these settings.

• Attached work ledge on the backside measures 6 inches wide X 53 inches long.
• 4 piece hinged design allows for easy opening and closing of the lid.
• The design of the 10 gauge tray and grate system to hold the charcoal offers 3 adjustment heights ranging from 3 inches to 8 inches.
• The dual charcoal tray and grate system measure 23-1/2 inches wide X 33 inches long x 2 inches tall each and will allow the ash from the charcoal to sift easily into the tray.
