48 Inch Chest Box, D-TBC-48-DD

D-TBC-48-DD Aluminum single lid chest box is 48" long x 20" wide x 20" high. It is designed to sit inside the truck bed against the back of the cab leaving bed rails free for other uses. It is constructed of a 0.063" Aluminum One-Piece Tub and Lid and is designed to support heavy loads, absorb tool drops and prevent leakage. The offset hinge is designed to fit tight against the front of the bed and still allow the lid to open without rubbing. It has a patented fully foamed lid that creates a rigid wall between outer aluminum layers to help prevent bending or warping. The stainless steel paddle handle lock provides strength, security and rust-free product life. Self-closing struts automatically close the lid, with slight manual pull, securing the box when hands are full.
