Latex Base Drylok Masonry Waterproofer is the manageable way to solve water seepage problems on masonry surfaces. It helps protect against radon gas penetration by reducing vapor transfer and provides a breathable film that will not trap moisture in the masonry. Suitable for interior and exterior use on above or below grade masonry walls, basement walls, concrete blocks, retaining walls, and brick. This low-odor formula requires no pre-mixing or pre-wetting, cleans up easily with warm, soapy water, and can be top coated with a quality latex paint for decorative purposes.
