Kitcheneez™ Egg Roll in a Bowl Mix is all natural, salt free, parsley free, dairy free, gluten free, corn free, meat and soy free.

Ingredients needed:

• 1 pound ground beef, chicken or pork
• 1 small head of cabbage shredded
• 1 onion thinly sliced
• 2 carrots peeled and finely shredded
• 2 bell peppers cut into strips
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium is good)
