Product Overview

The Buffalo Outdoor™ Electric Wood Pellet Grill Smoker has a temperature range of 180 to 500 degrees, so it can both smoke and sear. It is user friendly with an electric start igniter, temperature dial, and a LCD display. Just fill the hopper with wood pellets, plug it in, and adjust the temperature.

  • Made from cold rolled steel and powder coated for durability
  • 4 pound pellet capacity ( about 4 quarts )
  • 256 square inch cooking surface: 13 inches deep by 14 inches wide
  • The top tray is 5.25 inches deep by 12.5 inches wide

Exactly what I wanted.

I wanted a smoker for the 2 of us. I also wanted one that managed the heat for me. As long as the pellets don't run out it's basically plug and play. We did a turkey breast first; followed by a couple of steaks and agree we made a good purchase. I use a little chief smoker for fish and sausage, but it tops out at 165 degrees. This will cover my needs beyond that and will easily hold a Boston but or good-sized brisket. Wish it came with a how too for beginners. YouTube and Google helps.
