Flood 1 Quart Penetrol Oil-Based Paint Conditioner

Flood Penetrol is a free-flowing, low-odor, high-quality penetrating oil-based paint additive designed to compensate for the adverse effects that weather and surface conditions have on paints and primers. It is suitable for use in oil or alkyd-based paints, varnishes, and primers to improve leveling and flow. This versatile formula also conditions metal and faded, weathered fiberglass surfaces while helping to inhibit rust formation. It extends open and working times for a smoother application with fewer brush marks.
