Freeze Miser® Outdoor Faucet Freeze Protector

The Freeze Miser® Outdoor Faucet Freeze Protector operates like a thermostat and activates once the water temperature drops below 37 degrees.  No water is released until the activation temperature is reached.

Specifications;

• For tanks with float valves: The Freeze Miser® can be installed on the float valve that controls the water flow into the tank. This will allow the valve to open and replenish the tank as needed when temperatures drop, preventing the water inside from freezing solid
• For troughs: You can use a similar setup as with tanks, installing the Freeze Miser® on the supply line leading to the trough. This will help maintain a flow of water to prevent freezing, though it might not be as effective for very large or exposed troughs.
