Freud 1 in. Precision Shear Forstner Bit

The Freud 1 in. Precision Shear Forstner Bit features a double-ground, razor-sharp serrated edge that slices throughout rotation for reduced splintering and chipping. The unique geometric design provides multiple cutting edges that produce superior shearing action, allowing for faster rotational speeds and more efficient drilling in both hard and soft woods. Constructed with quality forged steel, this Forstner bit is built for extended service life and performance. The ultra-sharp center spur ensures precise hole placement, while steep-angled cutting edges create chisel-like curls for rapid and clean chip removal.
