Product Overview
Contech ® steel corrugated pipe is used coast-to-coast by engineers and contractors for culverts, storm sewers, storm water detention systems, and conduits. This galvanized corrugated steel pipe is 15 inches in diameter and 20 feet long. The galvanized finish protects and extends the service life of the pipe by forming a physical barrier against corrosion.

The solid metal pipe is 16 gauge and meets the AASHTO M218 standard specifications for highway bridges. Additionally, this corrugated pipe meets ASTM A929 specifications for the zinc coating. If installed in a corrosive environment, the galvanized pipe can be coated with asphalt to extend the design life.

Two or more of the corrugated drain pipe can be connect using ASC # 29851 connecting bands. The connecting band uses an annular corrugations to provide 360 degrees of engagement.

If your project requires a diameter other than 15 inches, check out our 12 inch ASC # 29845, 18 inch ASC # 29847, or 24 inch ASC # 34068 steel corrugated pipes. Each diameter has an associated connecting band.
