Landscape Rake Tine, 1 Hole

I ordered 30 tines to make a sleeve hitch rake for my lawn tractor ('93 Troy-Bilt). The shipping was rather steep, but the 30 tines ARE quite heavy, and the low price helped offset the shipping a little. Tines arrived in a reasonable time frame. When I unpacked them, I noticed 3 mongrel tines (Chinese) had made it into my shipment. The shape and length didn't match the Italian tines that comprised the rest of the shipment, so I couldn't use them. I was a little reluctant to call because I knew that as heavy as the tines were, returning the incorrect ones would cost more than re-buying 3 more correct ones. I called Agri Supply the next day anyway, and explained what had happened. The person I talked to was extremely nice, and placed an order to have 3 tines shipped to me, no charge. I was pleasantly surprised – good customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days. Kudos to Agri Supply! I received my last 3 tines in about a week, and finished building my rake. It works perfect.

I have an old landscape rake. Wasn't sure if I could replacement broken tines, but these tines seem to be universal and they were a perfect match.
