Kilz 1 Quart Interior and Exterior Primer

The Kilz Mold and Mildew Primer is a water-based primer, sealer, and stainblocker specially formulated for residential surfaces exposed to high humidity, moisture, and temperature fluctuations, such as kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, and laundry rooms. It provides exceptional adhesion to both interior and exterior surfaces while offering a solid foundation for topcoat paints. Featuring an EPA-registered active ingredient, this primer creates a protective film that resists mold and mildew growth. It effectively blocks medium to heavy stains, including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin, and water stains. Designed for easy cleanup with soap and water, this low-odor, low-VOC formula dries quickly, making it ideal for moisture-prone living spaces.
