It is a multi-purpose adhesive caulk for interior and exterior use. It applies smoothly and easily and adheres to Wood, brick, glass, plaster, metal, painted surfaces, and drywall. It is ideal for caulking and sealing window and door perimeters, moldings, pipes, vents, corner joints, baseboards, ducts, siding and trim. This caulk contains silicone, which allows for better adhesion and flexibility and it prevents air and moisture from passing through cracks and joints. It provides excellent flexibility to resist expansion and contraction without cracking and is tack free in thirty minutes. Cured caulk is mildew resistant. It is paintable with latex and oil-based paints and can be easily cleaned up with water. It meets ASTM Specification C 834 for extrudability, artificial weathering, extension-reCovery and slump.
