Nylon Water Shutoff Valve

I bought a number of these to put on outdoor faucets to use during freezing weather. We have a well and the water pressure varies, which, probably in conjunction with metal faucets changing tolerances as the temperatures drop, caused faucets set to drip to stop and I had some freeze due to that. I put one of these on each faucet, turn the faucets on full force, and adjust the drip with these. Since they are nylon they don't change tolerances and the water doesn't stop flowing.
