Product Overview

After a moldboard turns up the soil, these moldboard plow parts help to cover up crop residue such as leaves and stems that have been left behind in the fields. Constructed from high carbon steel, this cover board is then heat treated for additional durability. This right handed trash board is compatible with all Allis Chalmers, Melroe, Oliver and White/Oliver models. This plow trash board measures 5/16 in. thick with 2 bolt holes for installation that measure 3/8 in. Install several of these cover boards to your plow for clean looking furrow slices in your fields.

It Fits, but...

I have an old Ford 101 14" two bottom plow that had one of the original cover boards snap off when the plow hit a root and tripped the break away flipping the top of the plow forward and driving the cover board into the ground. I could see that the replacement was not the same configuration as the original, but it was better than nothing. It bolts up alright -- the holes match, but it is easily 1.5" narrower than the original. Otherwise it is fine. It's made of some strong steel. I tried to grind off a corner to make it look like the original, and it was so tough I gave up.
