This quill assembly is OREGON® model 82-513-2. It is a replacement spindle assembly made for select MTD lawn mower decks 1998 and newer. This quilling kit can be used for both 38 and 42-inch decks. The spindle features an "X" shaped housing and fits star hole blades. The spindle assembly comes with a bearing and shaft.
