The blue webbing strap is treated with epoxy to resist weathering and the ratchet assembly has a double locking mechanism and a notch by notch stability system. The flat hooks used with this tie down suits flat bed trailers and moving vans the best, as they hook onto rails and pockets without worry of slipping. It is not recommended to use this strap for cargo greater than 3,333 pounds.
