Wet & Forget is recalling Wet & Forget Outdoor Rapid Application Moss, Mold, Mildew & Algae Stain Remover with hose end nozzles, sold in 48- and 68-ounce spray bottles. Wet & Forget has determined that the hose end nozzle can dislodge from the sprayer while the bottle is connected to a water supply and the supply is turned on. Exposure to the stain removing solution can cause skin or eye irritation.

Recall on 4" Air Angle Grinder (ASC #20687)

Direct Distributors Inc. announces the recall of ASC # 20687 4" Air Angle Grinder. A space between the spring loaded safety switch has been identified. This space allows the grinder to engage at a low RPM speed even with the safety switch locked in place. This engagement could cause a finger, hand, or other injury. The affected grinder is labeled ASC #20687 on the packaging. The 4" air angle grinder has a blue handle with or without the ASC logo. This product was sold by Agri Supply Company and Agri Direct between January 13, 2015 and April 15, 2016.

Consumers should return the product to any ASC store for a refund, or to Direct Distributors Inc. at 100 Partlo Street, Suite 100, Garner, NC 27529. If it is necessary to ship the 4" air grinder, Direct Distributors Inc. will reimburse tool owners for the shipping expense.
