This overrun coupler or clutch attaches to your tractor's PTO shaft and to the drive shaft of the implement that is being hauled. This PTO coupler has a 1-3/8 inch diameter 6-spline male end and a 1-3/8 inch diameter 6-spline female end.

Product Overview

This overrunning clutch allows the PTO shaft to rotate in one direction, but also to spin freely the opposite way. This works to control the speed of the implement that is being hauled behind the tractor. By doing so, the implement does not exceed the tractor's speed when the tractor is slowing down. This PTO overrun clutch has a male and female end, each with 6 splines.

Bought to stop brush hog from pushing tractor. Seconds to install, thanks to spring tension push pin, like on drive shaft. With clutch and brake pushed in, tractor stops immediately. What a wonderful surprise!
