I ordered a shaft for my lawn sweeper and the picture is the right one but thats not what i recieved and they have no record of my purchase that happened 4 months ago .. They also didnt put an invoice or return label in the package , so now they tell me if you send it back we will issue a refund. Making it my responsibility to ship it back. I want the right one and i was told you can order it again . How do i know it will be right ?
