Simpson Strong-Tie APT4 T-Strap Tie, 12-Gauge, Black ZMAX

The Simpson Strong-Tie Outdoor Accents flat T-strap brings both decorative appeal and structural strength to outdoor living spaces. Designed to reinforce connections where one lumber piece intersects another at a 90-degree angle, this heavy-duty steel connector provides reliable lateral reinforcement for pergolas, patio covers, and other exterior post-to-beam projects. Featuring ZMAX galvanization with a black powder-coated finish, this T-strap offers superior corrosion resistance in exterior and treated-wood environments. It installs easily with Outdoor Accents structural screws and hex-head washers to deliver a clean, finished appearance for any outdoor build.
