Built for convenience, this cart has 4 cleats for tie-downs, a P-handle so it may be moved with one hand, and 10 in. x 4 in. pneumatic wheels that can cross any surface. The extra wide, 24 in. platform can fold up during storage and is held in place by a spring loaded pin.
