12" Electric Brake Assembly, Left Hand, 7000 lb. Capacity

The left-hand electric brake assembly is 12 inches by 2 inches in size. The brake assembly comes complete with a backing plate, two brake shoes, upper double retracting springs, lower under-mount adjustment spring, magnet and wiring. Paired with a right-hand brake assembly,ASC #36787, this brake assembly can handle trailers up to 7000 lb. capacity.

The engineered design of this left hand break assembly is superior. The uniquely designed magnet generates a substantially higher pulling power than other electric brakes at the same amperage. Both wires to the magnet are hot so connecting to the power and ground wires is not a problem. Due to the electrical wiring, this brake assembly should not be used with watercraft trailers.
