140 Qt Steamer/boiler Combo Cart including a 30 PSI hose with regulator, polyester cover, and oven mitts.
Product Overview
This Steamer/Boiler Combo Cart features an insertable steam grate to allow you to steam or steam and boil at the same time. This would be ideal for a Lowcountry boil in which you can boil the potatoes and corn in the bottom, lay the steam grate over that, and steam the seafood, which keeps it from getting overcooked.
