The product had a broken spring so I contacted customer service. (Btw I was not put on hold like other companies).Rich was extremely helpful and sent me a new complete set that I received within 24 hrs. I have purchased many products from Agrisupply and have always been satisfied!

The Catagory 2 hitches are easy to install and make connecting to implements very easy. I purchased 1 set for our MR 596 and 1 set for our MF 2650HD. After installing each set the tractors were attached to several category 2 plows, rollover scrape, MX10 field mower and an ditch mower. All connected and worked great on both tractors. The store personnel that helped me find the correct hitch for our tractors was very knowledgeable.

I wanted to update my prior review, but it hasn't posted yet. This is a great idea for one man hookups. You can align one side and just raise up lift arm to just where the hook is below the pins and push back to get the other side aligned, let the tractor do all the work. The only issue I had was the instructions failed to say you should set spread on lift arms to match your equip. (mine is 27") then align parallel to each other and perpendicular to the tractor. Instead I lined the hook to the bend on my lift arms and when I set to proper width, they were slightly cocked. This is not the same as the eye ball in the end that has a lot of flexibility. It didn't matter on my heavy disk, but when I attempted to use it on a plow, the angle made it too difficult to hitch up. Cat 1 plow and Cat 2 hitch. I attempted to remove (back off) the alignment bolts and they just twisted off. The supplied bolts are very soft and the ends bradded and I was unable to remove. I sent a message to Agri Supply customer
